Bridge CLSP
Empowering London's workforce through digital and green skills.
Bridge Central London Skills Partnership is a collaboration among 16 further education providers, led by New City College, aiming to address the skills priorities outlined in the London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP). With a focus on enhancing the delivery of digital and green skills throughout London, the partnership sought a brand identity and digital presence that would resonate with learners, employers, and educators alike.

We named the organisation Bridge to capture its purpose: a device for connection. From education to industry and back again, Bridge enables a safe, seamless passage across challenging terrain. In a city with 35 bridges, none hold as much importance for the future as the Central London Skills Partnership Bridge. We bridge the skills gap. We are Bridge. The bridge that is central to the future skills of London.

The brand identity centres on a logo icon with two key elements: the bridging arch and the screw. At the heart of the icon is a stylised graphical representation of a bridge, highlighting iconic arch structures symbolic of major cities like London and its industrial heritage. The straight lines and curved arches signify growth, industry, and the learner’s journey.

At its core is a screw head, representing the tiny but critical elements that hold everything together, ensuring a seamless and safe journey. Clever use of negative space reinforces the concept and adds subtle, functional elegance.

The website was designed to serve as a central hub for information and resources, providing clear pathways for users to explore courses, projects, and case studies. It also facilitates employer engagement, offering insights into how businesses can contribute to and benefit from the partnership’s initiatives.

The website was built by our development partners, Presence Multimedia, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and enhancing accessibility and engagement for all users.
