At Kenfolk, we’re raising the standard for good work in the North East as we’re proud to announce that we have been awarded the Shine Foundation Award by the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority.
Shine is the North East’s free employer accreditation scheme that supports businesses of all sizes to create a fairer, safer, and more fulfilling workspace.

The North East Mayoral Strategic Authority (North East MSA) was formed on 7 May 2024. It is led by Elected Mayor Kim McGuinness and the Cabinet and covers the seven local authority areas of County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside and Sunderland.
